When you make a purchase on analemma-water.de, you always have a 30-day cooling-off period, with the exceptions mentioned below. Within this period you can return the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the product is delivered to you.
You can only exercise your right of withdrawal if you return the goods unused, undamaged and, if possible, in the original packaging. You can remove the product from the packaging for inspection.
If you make use of your right of return, you are entitled to a refund of the full amount paid, including shipping costs. The costs of the return shipment and the risk of the return shipment – for example in the event of loss – are your responsibility.
Analemma-water.de will refund the amount already paid no later than 14 days after termination (dissolution) of the contract.

You can contact us here. We will help you with the return. You have the choice: We will send you a replacement product as quickly as possible or you will receive your purchase amount back. Only send the product back once you have received the return instructions.
