What happened?

We recently discovered that in extremely rare cases the glass liner inside the Analemma Water Bottle can break during use, posing a potential risk from swallowing glass fragments. We took this seriously from the moment we learned about it and decided to voluntarily recall the product in cooperation with the GPSR.

What should you do?

Please do not use your bottle again until you have received one of the remedies listed below. If you have any concerns in the meantime, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You can choose the most suitable solution for you:

• Free mesh insert – We will send you a protective mesh insert free of charge. This ensures that even if the glass insert breaks, nothing can get into your drink. To receive your insert, all we need is confirmation of your delivery address. If you have already confirmed this by e-mail, no further steps are required. • Full refund – If you prefer, we will gladly refund the full purchase price. Please contact us at info@analemma-water.nl to initiate the process.
