Microbiome Study

Microbiome analysis – overview of research on the treatment’s effects.

Our measurements showed the following:

Analemma water improves the condition of the gut microbiome.

PARTICIPANTS:
16 healthy adults between the ages of 18 and 70.

DESIGN OF THE TREATMENT-EFFECT MEASUREMENT:
Randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled — the ‘gold standard’ in scientific research, in which neither the participants nor the medical staff know who receives the treatment and who receives the placebo.

TREATMENT:
The treatment phase consisted of drinking 1.5 liters of Analemma water or a placebo daily for 100 consecutive days.

RESULTS:
The study showed that consumption of Analemma water improved the intestinal dysbiosis score by 10.7%, indicating an improved balance of the gut microbiome. In contrast, the score in the placebo group worsened by 5.3%.

What is the gut microbiome?

The human digestive system is home to millions of microorganisms such as bacteria and fungi that help make us who we are. Their roles are numerous and essential. Gut microbes digest the food we eat, help us absorb nutrients, and produce short-chain fatty acids that our cells then use as a source of energy.
Through a complex interaction with the signaling pathways of the immune system, the gut microbiome protects the body from harmful pathogens and even helps prevent autoimmune reactions. Studies have also shown that changes in the gut microbiome can influence our mood and behavior through the production of neurotransmitters such as serotonin, meaning that it plays an important role in conditions such as anxiety and depression.

A healthy diet and a good exercise program can work wonders in maintaining a healthy gut microbiome. But there is another way to support your gut.
As our recent double-blind study shows, drinking coherent water may be a new, groundbreaking way to improve the balance of your gut microbiome.

How do we analyze the composition of the gut microbiome?

In this study, we collaborated with Biovis Diagnostik, a research laboratory specializing in microbiome analysis. They developed a laboratory test that measures the so-called Dysbiosis Index, a comprehensive indicator of the health of the human gut.
The test takes many different factors into account. One of the parameters measured is the Firmicutes/Bacteroidetes ratio, named after the two largest bacterial groups in the gut microbiome. The balance between these two groups provides important insights into the overall health of the gut. In metabolic diseases such as Diabetes mellitus, for example, this ratio is often unfavorable.
The Dysbiosis Index also includes parameters such as the presence of pathogenic fungi (such as Candida) as well as the presence of beneficial bacteria, such as butyrate-producing bacteria.
Based on all these different aspects, an overall score is calculated that reflects the general condition of the gut microbiome.

The second result was the pathogenic bacteria index. While the dysbiosis index provides a broader measurement that often focuses on groups of similar bacteria, the pathogenic bacteria index is more direct. This index measures the presence of 11 different bacterial species with potentially negative (pathogenic) effects. This makes it an important indicator of the resilience of the gut.

The treatment phase:

A study was conducted with participants of different ages to determine the effects of Analemma water on the gut microbiome. A baseline measurement was carried out before the study. Participants were then asked to consume at least 1.5 liters of Analemma water per day for three months, while maintaining their normal lifestyle. After three months, another test was performed to evaluate the changes.

Promising results for gut health.

After drinking Analemma water regularly for just three months, the research group recorded an average 16% improvement in the dysbiosis index compared with the placebo group.

The gut microbiome is a complex system influenced by a variety of genetic and environmental factors. Individual differences play an important role in gut health, as shown by the widely varying responses people can have to the same treatment.
For this reason, we examined the total number of participants whose gut microbiome improved, regardless of the actual values. For someone who starts with a very low score due to previous circumstances, even a small change can represent a significant improvement.
In this study, we found that 88% of the participants who drank Analemma water showed an improvement in the dysbiosis index, compared with only 38% in the placebo group.

In addition, a higher percentage of participants in the Analemma group showed a decrease or stable levels of the 11 bacterial species with known pathogenic effects compared with the placebo group. These results suggest that Analemma water may have a protective effect on the human gut and may help us become more resistant to harmful pathogens.

Coherent water for a balanced gut microbiota.

Since all our body systems depend on the continuous breakdown of ATP, we can benefit in many ways from increased ATP levels. However, ATP is probably best known for its role in exercise and physical performance. Studies have shown that taking oral ATP supplements can increase endurance during intense training and help reduce muscle fatigue after exercise.
When we expend a lot of energy, our bodies can use a little help from the outside. Adding coherent water to your training routine is a great way to do this.

Analemma is a powerful tool for increasing your overall energy levels and improving muscle strength and endurance. With the additional benefits of supporting anti-inflammatory processes and helping balance the gut microbiome, Analemma is an all-in-one technology that revitalizes your entire system from the inside out.
